About Tracy

Creative yet strategic.  Challenging but compassionate.  Leading the way while building collaboration.  If you're seeking those qualities in a mentor whose passion for the real estate industry is exceeded only by her desire to see those around her succeed, then look no further than Tracy Dewit, a true real estate veteran with over two decades of experience and a proven background in sales management.

Tracy has earned all of the requisite awards of her field: Sales Director of a Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society office in Fox Chapel where she's thrived in the heart of Greater Pittsburgh luxury real estate, 5-Star Professional as named by Pittsburgh Magazine, and personally responsible for multi-million dollar sales achievements when she was an agent.  But you don't gain that level of proficiency by accident.  There's not much Tracy hasn't seen throughout the many transactions she's done.  Licenses in 2004, she's watched the industry itself go through radical change and always came out on top of it, and she's leveraged that knowledge to make sure the agents in her office achieve whatever level of success they desire.

Tracy's mantra of turning challenges into opportunities has served her well.  Whether it's advances in technology, modifications to industry policies, or the ebbs and flows of market conditions, Tracy has addressed these changes head-on so that she masters their nuances, understands how to best capitalize on them, and then shares that knowledge with her agents so that they're successful.

That problem-solving approach explains Tracy's true calling: Agent Coaching.  It's something she genuinely enjoys because she gets to witness firsthand the growth, confidence and success of her coaching partners.  Tracy also ensures that collaborative atmosphere permeates her dynamic and vibrant office.  She strives to cultivate an enjoyable environment where the best results are achieved working together, learning from each other, and celebrating each other's victories. Beyond real estate, what fuels Tracy's passion?  She's a married mother of three children and a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh so family is a critical part of her life's foundation.  Chief among her interests is travel, cooking, genealogy and a love of animals.  She cares for her own two fur-babies – Saywer and Maisie, her dog and cat respectively – and volunteers whatever spare time she has to help at local animal shelters and rescue organizations.  She even finds time to care for Benji, a grand fur-baby canine who is an escape artist in his own right and if you want to hear the fun story behind Benji just spend a little time with Tracy talking about your career and her pets!
